With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of available credit added to your Annual Purchasing Charge account. If receiving store credit, funds will be processed after the merchandise has been received by our facilities.
Creative Analytics does not issue store credit or refunds for the original shipping charges, nor do we refund the premium paid if you elect Route Shipping insurance at checkout. Additionally, we do not provide return labels — customers must cover the cost of return shipping costs.
If you wish to cancel an order that has not been shipped yet, you may reply back to your emailed order confirmation. Once an order has been marked complete, we cannot guarantee it will be cancelable — the return policy will be applicable at that point in most cases.
Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:
- Items must be sent back within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resale condition — unless they are defective or damaged in shipment.
- Please only return the items in the package.
- All returns are refunded via store credit , unless our warehouse staff has made an error that caused the need for a refund.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. If you want to protect your package from loss or theft, you must select Route Shipping Insurance during checkout.
- Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery by reply to your order confirmation email.
- Return drop-offs are not accepted in-person at our corporate office.
Undeliverable, Return-to-Sender, Refused Package or Mistyped Address
If (1) you provide an address that is unidentifiable by the courier, (2) the carrier is unable to deliver your package, or (3) the order is refused by the customer at time of delivery, the shipment will be returned to us and restocked. The refund will automatically applied as a store credit and a new order must be placed if you want those items.
Virtual Products & Membership Fee Products
These items are not returnable.
For paid Annual and Monthly Subscription Fees, our refund policy is as follows:
The Annual Fee for the purchasing charge account is only refundable if your application is denied due to not meeting the stated criteria. Once your application is in review by the credit department, administrative fee will be assessed if a partial refund is granted — at our full discretion. No refunds will be issued after approval, for buyer’s remorse, or due to applicant refusal to participate in the credit verification/approval process. By submitting an application with fee, you are acknowledging this policy.
No refunds will be issued for monthly subscription fees under any circumstances.

If you wish to exchange an item for another lesser value item and you already know which item, please let us know at the time of requesting a return and we will send the item to you if it is in stock. We will pay the cost of shipping the new item.
